15-Day Free Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day free returns policy from the date of delivery on eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days for a full refund or exchange.

15-Day Free Exchange Policy

We also offer a 15-day free exchange policy from the date of purchase. Just mail us at support@mystylesutra.com with the images of the product your require and we will do the next.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
  2. The item must be unused, unworn, and free from any signs of damage or alteration.
  3. All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included with the returned item.
  4. The return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the order.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item(s) you wish to return.

Free Pickup Service

For your convenience, we offer free pickup service for eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the item(s) from your specified address at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying that they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within [7 working] days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery, the returns would be made in bank account. We will get in touch with you for your bank details.

Exclusions

Please note that on sunglasses, where the discount is more than 40%, there would be no refund. We will be either exchanging your sunglasses to a new one or issuing you a store credit, whichever works best for you.
